KCG Trading Limited operates a PO Box correspondence address because it does not have central premises. The directors – all of whom are unpaid – work from their homes to save costs. Once KCG outgrows this system then premises will be sought and a ‘proper’ correspondence address available. Please do not send orders or queries to Canalside Farm. The Registered Office is a legal requirement under the Companies Act and is not for general correspondence or orders. Profits from KCG Trading Limited are covenanted to The Knitting & Crochet Guild.
You may order by post using the order form supplied, or by letter, telephone, or email. Terms are cheque, Postal Order, or credit/debit card number and signature with the order. We cannot accept credit/debit card payments on our website or by email but you can order your goods by email and send payment by post or telephone.
A replacement order form will be sent with your order or you can download it from our website.
Please note that you may reach BT Call Minder when you telephone. Please leave your phone number and name – all queries will be answered though perhaps not on the same day! We will try to post your order on the next working day but please allow 28 days for delivery since we and/or our suppliers may be waiting for stock and some come from abroad. If we cannot supply in time we will inform you within 30 days of receiving your order and offer you a refund if you do not wish to wait. If we cannot supply it at all then your money will be refunded within 30 days.
You have a statutory cooling off period of seven working days after the day on which you receive your goods, in which to cancel your order (working days are Monday to Friday excluding public holidays). The Home Shopping Regulations state that you must inform us in writing by post or email if you intend to return items. Your money will be refunded within 30 days provided the goods are returned in perfect condition in unopened packages where relevant. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods. The return of faulty goods or goods sent in error will be paid for by KCG Trading Limited.
All current members of The Knitting & Crochet Guild (i.e. those who have paid their subscription) can claim a 10% discount on most items except items that are already reduced in price or that have been purchased by KCGTL at a special price.
Prices in this catalog remain valid for at least three months after the date shown on the cover except where otherwise stated or where there is an increase that we cannot absorb. In this event, you will be notified before the goods are sent to you. The availability of goods should also be valid for at least three months after the date shown on the front of this catalog unless they are withdrawn by our suppliers or for other reasons beyond our control. Prices given on flyers will remain valid until the publication of the next comparable flyer. Please note that special offers and clearance items are subject to availability or while stocks last.
